I have to commend you Sean on this undertaking. As a proud parent of two boys, I fully support the efforts of those that try to bring some relief to children who are without many of the things we take for granted. Poverty is becoming a bigger and bigger part of Canada’s social landscape and to think it is merely a third world problem is both ignorant and unresponsible. We who “have” must make sure that those who “have not” (especially children) are not overlooked.
Sean has given us an avenue to make a difference however small, MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
I challenge all members of the Port Moody LionsFC to make a min. donation of $20 to Oxfam in the name of this project.
