Bidding farewell to the crew at Urban Rush
Today was my last day working with the Vancouver daily tv talk show ‘Urban Rush.’
If there is one thing that I will take away from my experience at Urban Rush, it will be the awesome work environment they have created. It is so evident how everyone working there love what they are doing and have fun doing it. Definitely something that adds to the creativity of the production and overall positive atmosophere in the workplace.
Having said that, some new developed skills I am sure will inherently accompany me in my journey can be seen in the video clip below.

Week Three starts next Monday and you will be able to find me on the North Shore of Vancouver, BC up at Mount Seymour where I will be working with childrens’ snowshoeing tours for the week.
Working with kids is always fun and combine that with the beautiful landscape of Mount Seymour and it should make for a great week!
If you are in the area, come by and visit!

That was awesome Sean… I am so glad that all is well and you really do seem to be enjoying what you are doing. And that is what it is all about right. Enjoy it and soak it up.
Thanks Alison!

who do you get to do the videos for you? they are nice little clips
Sean I just got caught up with your latest work adventures after having slacked off for a little while. You should have seen me smiling from ear to ear when I watched that bungee jump. A little different than the cliffs in buntzen, eh?
Really good to see that these jobs you have lined up are so wonderful. Adventure seeking, TV, working with kids, these are all things I could really see you doing!
So tell me, did Fiona and Michael remember the last time we were on their TV show? We’ve done some growing up, haven’t we…
Hi Sean.
I just read your story in our local paper in Saint John NB. Brilliant idea!
Glad you like the videos KD. The Whistler Bungee one I put together from footage that a tv crew took for an interview when they were up there there. The Urban Rush one was their camera people, it was actually used for the show. Usually I just take clips with my digital camera then edit them together when I get home.
Mat, I had to spark their memory but they did remember. Haha, that was good times, would have been better if we won the trip though!
Pete - Saint John, NB hey? That’s cool, I would love to come out that way for some One Week Job’s. Hopefully soon!
